Room placement near service elevators, inadequate soundproofing letting noise disturb the night!!! Limited pool space with freezing temperatures leaves much to be desired!!!

Had a great time staying here with my friends! The room was clean and spacious, perfect for our group. Just a heads up, the bathroom can get a bit dim, so keep that in mind. Overall, I’d recommend it for group stays!

Unfortunately, my check-in experience was a bit uncomfortable. I felt embarrassed when I was made to feel like a criminal regarding my payment method. It left a sour taste in an otherwise fun trip.

Recommended for a family

The room was a good size with modern furnishings and super comfy bed, which made it easy to unwind after a long day. The rainfall shower was a nice touch, felt like I was at a spa , really. The outdoor lap pool was at a nice temp. , perfect for a refreshing dip in the evenings.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive , but I guess you get what you pay for.

The staff were friendly and always willing to assist, adding a personable touch to the visit. However, the room was quite warm, and managing the temperature was challenging. Additionally, the bed felt slightly smaller than expected and could use a bit more padding to enhance comfort.
